Funding templates, forms and guides can be found on this page. You will need to download and save a new form every time you apply for funding. You can also use macrons in the form.

Access to funding form [PDF, 425 KB] Use this form to request access to funding, if you’ve not already received a funding allocation
Funding request form [PDF, 1.1 MB] Use this form to request either a reimbursement or a grant, or both.
Budget template [XLSX, 42 KB] You will need to send us a budget for your planned activities.
Sample budget [XLSX, 202 KB] Example of various sized budgets for the work you will undertake in
Invoice template [DOCX, 37 KB] Grant funding is paid on receipt of an invoice. Use your own invoice template, or this one as needed.
Small grant funding agreement [DOCX, 97 KB] This template is the letter you will receive if your grant request is agreed. It includes the Terms and Conditions of the grant funding that you will need to agree to before you can send us an invoice for the grant amount. 
Small grant use form [PDF, 606 KB] Use this form to tell us how you spent your grant funding.
Collaboration proposal form [PDF, 402 KB] If you are planning collaborative projects or activities with other applicant groups, talk to the funding team first about whether the activity can be covered by the Collaboration workstream. If the activity can be covered, you will need to complete the Collaboration Proposal Form. 
Sample timesheet for reimbursement [DOCX, 19 KB] Example of a timesheet you can fill out when seeking reimbursement for work carried out by parties such as lawyers, project managers and historians.
Change applicant details form [PDF, 666 KB] Use this form if any of your funding-related details have changed
