Funding templates, forms and guides can be found on this page. You will need to download and save a new form every time you apply for funding. You can also use macrons in the form.

| Invoice template [DOCX, 37 KB] | Grant funding is paid on receipt of an invoice. Use your own invoice template, or this one as needed. |
| Small grant funding agreement [DOCX, 97 KB] | This template is the letter you will receive if your grant request is agreed. It includes the Terms and Conditions of the grant funding that you will need to agree to before you can send us an invoice for the grant amount. |
| Small grant use form [PDF, 606 KB] | Use this form to tell us how you spent your grant funding. |
| Collaboration proposal form [PDF, 402 KB] | If you are planning collaborative projects or activities with other applicant groups, talk to the funding team first about whether the activity can be covered by the Collaboration workstream. If the activity can be covered, you will need to complete the Collaboration Proposal Form. |
